Trial and consulting attorney, he comes from a family of businessmen and jurists. His father, Jerges Dorta Changir, was an outstanding fighter and student of the faculty of law of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV abbreviation in Spanish) during the sixtieth. At present Nicolas Dorta (his uncle) is the director of the successful law firm Dorta Changir, with head office in Caracas, who are trial and consulting lawyers of important governmental and private entities, specialized in give notice of all kind of extraordinary appeals before the courtrooms of the supreme court of justice. His uncle Mario Martínez, an important businessman, was the president of FEDEINDUSTRIAS (Federation of Industries of Venezuela).

Academic training:

Specialization in mercantile law. Catholic University Andrés Bello (UCAB).
He is Lawyer with Diploma in education and Civic formation of El Paso Community College, in Texas, United States of America.
Diploma in "Strategies to solve conflicts" in El Paso County
Dispute Resolution Center, Texas- United States of America.
Graduated in procedural civilian law.
By his outstanding work in El Paso city (Texas, USA) he was recognized by the Mayor of that city like "honorary Citizen of El Paso city, Texas".
He was part of Venezuela educational forum sponsored by the IESA, which he was sponsor in year 1998.
Fellow of the training programme of the United States Embassy of Americas.

He has been legal representative of important organizations and personalities such as Oscar Arria, Ibrain Velásquez, Fund for the Development of Nueva Esparta State (FONDENE), among other natural and legal people of interest.
